It's been a difficult week to watch unfold.
At the time of writing we passed the sad milestone of 40,000 deaths related to the CoVid-19 pandemic. And even as we try and regroup, and unlock, it is hard not to dwell on the human cost - more lives lost than during the Blitz.
But then to look elsewhere for some relief, and be faced with the images streaming from the U.S, has just compounded the sense of sadness. It's bad enough that a virus can cause so much disruption and suffering, it should be inexcusable that we should do the same to each other.
