Of course when I made a note on Monday that I was absolutely going to mention Troy Hawke this week as my new favourite thing, I most definitely felt ahead of the curve.

Fast forward to Saturday morning and the purple-quilted, waxed moustached charmer is literally everywhere. So much so that he even popped up on This Morning to chat with Holly & Phil on Wednesday.

Oh well, the cutting edge will have to wait for another week.
