The heat is on

No word of a lie, I popped out yesterday to try and buy a fan...
And of course you are right to ask the obvious, what kind of a lunatic tries to buy a fan on day three of a heatwave. Well after a near-military effort to keep the house cool Josh's room was still in need of a bit of assistance, partly due to user error, partly due to house design and aspect.
And, for what seems like weeks and weeks I have been wandering past 'em, literally in every store I could care to mention; a cornucopia of Pedestal, Tower and new-fangled Bladeless, all piled up like mountain ranges.
Clearly I was on a hiding-to-nothing, and of course I didn't exacerbate the situation by offering up the question "do you have any fans left?", but the absurdity of my behaviour did make smile.

Therapy For Me (or TFM as I now refer to it) is a bit of an audio curiosity. It started out as a mechanism for me to clear my head, with the hope that by saying stuff out loud it would act as a little bit of self-help. It's remains loose in style, fluid in terms of content and raw - it's a one take, press record and see what happens, affair.
