I thought it was time for one of my single-topic episodes this week, because (and you won't be surprised by this) I had a bit to say about the results of the Local Elections.
Of course it's all shoot from the hip stuff, so you will need to take it with a bit of a health warning and unsurprisingly its also just a teeny bit biased.
Oh well what's the point of having your own podcast if you can't twist unfolding events into a story that brings you a little bit of comfort.

Therapy For Me (or TFM as I now refer to it) is a bit of an audio curiosity. It started out as a mechanism for me to clear my head, with the hope that by saying stuff out loud it would act as a little bit of self-help. It's remains loose in style, fluid in terms of content and raw - it's a one take, press record and see what happens, affair.
